- In the event that any products become unavailable at the time of production, Lenz W Enterprise reserved the right to substitute them with familiar flowers or products of equal or greater value.
- Order(s) need to be placed at least 3 weeks prior to delivery.Charges for delivery will be RM10 per hamper.
- Deliveries outside of Klang Valley and Selangor will be charged according to area. Separate bill will be given for hamper and delivery charges.
- Upon confirmation of orders, 50% down payment of the total sum will be collected and the balance 50% shall be payable during the delivery of products.
